Mary’s Gone Crackers slightly altered their traditional gluten free cracker recipe of organic, wheat free, whole grain brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and sesame seeds to exclude tamari for the new soy free Super Seed Crackers. Made with sunflower, pumpkin, and poppy seeds, these crackers remain as crispy and satisfying as the Original Mary’s Gone Crackers®, but with a distinctively different taste and look all their own.
The crackers are thin and crispy. I can really taste the seeds, especially the flax. There is a rich nutty flavor and toasty crunch. I love that the crackers are made from seeds and whole grains that are high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Nothing better than snacking on something that is good for my body!
Although these aren’t the best cracker I’ve ever tried, I was pretty impressed. I was not a big fan of the original cracker, but the new Super Seed Crackers far exceeded my expectations. The crackers are great on their own or paired with your favorite topping or dip.
I also tried Mary’s Gone Crackers love Cookies. The cookies are made with real food ingredients and low glycemic sweeteners. Instead of refined sugar, they use organic tapioca syrup and coconut palm sugar, a pure, whole-food sugar that is made from the deliciously sweet nectar of the coconut palm tree. The cookies also contain chia seeds, an ancient superfood high in healthful omega-3 fatty acids.

Mary’s Gone Crackers love Cookies are available in four flavors: Chocolate Chips, “N’Oatmeal” Raisin, Double Chocolate, and Ginger Snaps.
My favorite was the Mary’s “N’Oatmeal” Raisin love Cookie. It has a sweet and chewy taste with the wonderful texture of a traditional oatmeal cookie—without the oats! Rich in flavor and definitely satisfed my sweet tooth but I still feel good after eating them! This cookie most resembled a cookie; it tasted the same as a traditional oatmeal cookie and had the same great chewy texture.
Mary’s Ginger Snap love Cookies use real organic ginger that explodes on your tongue. The crackers have a strong ginger flavor and are also hard and crunchy.
I did not like the Double Chocolate Cookie. I did not like the flavor (not sweet enough) or the texture (too hard).
The entire Mary’s Gone Crackers’ line is manufactured in the USA in our dedicated organic, gluten free, vegan, nut free, dairy free, kosher facility to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
They also occasionally test ingredients and the finished products to be sure that they are not contaminated. Products and ingredients have always come up as ‘less than 10 ppm,’ which means no detectable gluten.
